摘要
针对当前传统的城市公共交通评价视野局限于交通系统内,评价方法以静态、人工调查数据为主,已经不能满足当前蓬勃发展的公共交通建设需求的问题.立足于城市用地功能、居民出行、道路交通一体化考量的整体视角,应用大数据资源和技术,结合城市规划研究方法,围绕公共交通与城市功能的契合关系,设计提出了以可达性、快捷性、高效性、稳定性及公交服务指数为核心的城市公共交通网络动态评价"五维"体系,并依托张家口、贵阳的实际数据,通过实证分析验证了该指标体系的有效性、敏感性和科学性.
Public transport is responsible for more than 60% of the population movement,which is of great significance for urban operation and organization. Because of the limitation of data collection and narrow scope of data analysis, the traditional public transport evaluation is constricted to the transportation system itself. These limitations contribute to static evaluation methods with manual survey data,which cannot meet the demand of the current development stage of public transport. Based on the urban land use,the residents travel behavior,and traffic conditions,this paper introduces an integrated perspective which could be dynamically monitored and evaluated with the accessibility, rapidity,efficiency,stability,and service indexes. Applying big data resources and processing technologies,this paper studies the public transport through urban planning methods,and promotes using the "Five-dimensional"evaluation system of public transport networks to monitor the urban transit dynamically. The transit networks in Zhangjiakou,Guiyang,and Tianjin are used as an empirical study for proving and validating this proposed evaluation system.
