Evaluation Model of Higher Vocational Teachers' Professional Practice Ability Based on AHP-Neural Network

采用文献资料分析优选法构建高职教师专业实践能力评价指标体系,在层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标权值的基础上,构建BP神经网络模型对高职教师专业实践能力进行评价,并对评价结果进行效度检验。

By means of literature analysis method in the optimization of the construction of higher vocational teachers＇ professional practice ability evaluation index system,based on the using of hierarchy analysis method（ AHP） to determine the weights of the evaluation indexes,BP neural network model has been constructed to evaluate higher vocational teachers＇ professional practice ability,and assess the validity of the evaluation results.
