头孢呋辛联合清开灵注射液治疗老年肺气肿合并感染的疗效观察

Clinical observation of cefuroxime combined with Qingkailing injection in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary emphysema complicated with infection

目的探讨头孢呋辛联合清开灵注射液治疗老年肺气肿合并感染的临床疗效。方法选取90例老年肺气肿合并感染的患者,随机分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),观察组采用头孢呋辛+清开灵注射液进行治疗,对照组仅采用头孢呋辛进行治疗,3个疗程后,比较两组患者恢复情况。结果观察组治疗后有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(68.89%),同时观察组症状缓解、体温恢复及住院时间明显缩短,不良反应发生率均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢呋辛联合清开灵注射液可提高老年肺气肿合并感染的临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cefuroxime combined with Qingkailing injection in the treatment of elderly patients with puhnonary emphysema complicated with infection. Methods 90 cases of patients with pulmonary emphysema were randomLy divided into observation group （n ： 45 ） and control group （n = 45 ）. The observation group was treated with cefuroxime combined with Qingkailing injection, and control group were with cefuroxime. After 3 courses of treatment, compare the recovery of the two groups of patients. Results The effective rate （93.33%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （68.89%）. The remission time, the recovery time of body temperature, the length of hospital stay and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower in the observation group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cefuroxime combined with Qingkailing injection in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary emphysema combined with infection can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
