摘要
目的提高护士满意度、改善护理服务质量及患者满意度。方法构建护士岗位管理体系,将护士分为N0~N5级,按职级上岗,按劳取酬,设置专业能力、工资待遇、职业发展进阶,实施1年后评价效果。结果实施护士岗位管理后,护士满意度、护理质量及患者满意度显著高于实施前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对全院护理人员实施岗位管理,有助于护理队伍建设,使护士的付出与薪酬、待遇相匹配,更好地调动护士工作积极性,从而提高护理质量,提升患者满意度。
Objective To enhance nurses′job satisfaction,quality of nursing service and patient satisfaction.Methods We implemented post management in nursing:nurses were categorized into 6 ranks,designated to post only they met the requirements of the rank,and rewarded based on their performance;and professional competence,salary and welfare,as well as career ladder were established.The effect was evaluated after 1 year of intervention.Results Nurses′job satisfaction,quality of nursing service and patient satisfaction were significantly improved after the intervention(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion Post management is beneficial to build nursing team,make nurses achieve the balance between giving and getting,and mobilize their work passion,thus to improve quality of nursing service and patient satisfaction.
