摘要
结合坝址地形、地质条件 ,公伯峡水电站面板堆石坝设计与施工具有许多特点 ,取得了良好的设计施工质量。这些特点有 :大坝两岸均设置 38 0m和 5 0 0m的重力式高趾墙 ,满足了枢纽建筑物的总体布置要求 ;在主堆石区 (3BⅠ )设立强透水区 ,以确保坝体的抗渗稳定性 ;结合坝料碾压试验 ,采用K30方法对坝体填筑质量进行了试验研究 ,试验表明 ,K30方法可以快捷地检测坝体填筑质量 ;在垫层坡面施工中 ,采用挤压式混凝土边墙坡面施工方法 ,以替代传统工艺中复杂的工序 ,不仅加快了施工进度 。
In combination with the local geographical and geological conditions, the design and construction of the Gongboxia Concrete Face Rockfill Dam has many characteristics and gained good design and construction quality. These characteristics are as follows: a) the gravity high toe walls with the height of 38.0 and 50.0 m were arranged in the two banks of the dam, which meets the needs of general layout of the key works; b) a strong pervious zone was arranged in the main rockfill area (3BI) to ensure the stability of anti seepage of dam body; c) in combination of roller compaction test on the dam materials, the K30 method was adopted to test and study the filling quality of dam body; d) in the construction of the cushion slope, the crushing type concrete side wall construction method was adopted to replace the traditional construction technique, which not only can quicken the construction progress but also can enhance the compaction quality of the slope of cushion material.
