水飞蓟宾对裸鼠皮肤质量影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究水飞蓟宾乳霜对中波紫外线(UVB)诱导的裸鼠皮肤损伤模型的影响,包括对皮肤水分、pH值、黑色素和血红素的影响。方法将40只裸鼠分成空白组、模型组、阳性对照组和水飞蓟宾组4组,每组10只。空白组每天给与抚摸,模型组每天给与抚摸后进行UVB照射,阳性对照组和水飞蓟宾组在接受UVB照射前分别将资生堂悠莱甄弹柔采和水飞蓟宾乳霜均匀地涂抹在裸鼠的背部皮肤上,然后对模型组、阳性对照组和水飞蓟宾进行UVB照射,每次照射20 min,连续照射15 d,使裸鼠的背部皮肤受损,照射结束后采用德国CK公司生产的皮肤测试仪对裸鼠的背部皮肤进行检测。结果模型组与空白组相比,水分含量明显减少,pH值增高,黑色素与血红素的含量明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性组和水飞蓟宾组与空白组和模型组相比,水分含量增加,pH值下降,黑色素和血红素含量明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药化妆品水飞蓟宾可以提高皮肤的含水量,减少色素沉着,降低外界刺激对皮肤的伤害,对已受损的皮肤具有良好的修复和改善作用。 Objective To study the influence of Silybin cream on skin damage of nude mice model induced by UVB,in- cluding skin moisture,pH value,melanin and heine.Methods 40 nude mice were divided into 4 group,they were the blank group,the model group,the positive control group and the Silybin group.The blank group was given a touch every day,and the model group was given UVB exposure every day after touching.Nude mice's back in the positive control group and the Silybin group was smeared by Shiseido yurao zhenlai and Silybin cream before irradiated by UVB,nude mice in the model group,the positive control group and the silybin group were irradiated by UVB for 15 days continually,each time 20 rain,the back of nude mice was damaged,the back was tested by the skin tester produced by German CK company after irradiating.Results The moisture content in the model group decreased distinctively compared with the blank group,pH value increased,melanin and heine content increased,with significant difference (P〈0.05).The moisture content in the positive control group and the Silybin group increased compared with the blank group and the model group,pH value decreased,melanin and heme content decreased,with significant difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion Silybin can increase skin moisture,decrease hyper pigmentation,reduce skin damaged by outside stimulus,and repair damaged skin effectively.
