完善手术团队建设对提高手术室用药安全的效果

The effect of improving the operation team building to improve the medication safety of the operating room

目的探讨完善手术团队建设在提高手术室用药安全中的应用效果。方法我院自2016年4月开始实行手术团队建设改进工程,对改进前(2015年1~12月)于手术室用药的1954例患者与改进后(2016年4月~2017年3月)于手术室用药的的2047例患者进行比较分析,比较改进前后手术室用药错误、接近失误和患者伤害的发生率。结果改进后用药错误、接近失误、患者伤害的发生率(2.98%、4.98%、1.03%)显著低于改进前(7.98%、9.77%、3.12%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论完善手术团队建设可以提高手术室的用药安全。

Objective To explore the effect of improving the operating room team building to improve the medication safety of the operating room.Methods Since April 2016,our hospital began to implement the operation team building improvement project.A total of 1954 patients who underwent operating room medication before improvement （January to December 2015） and 2047 patients who underwent operating room medication after improvement （April 2016 to March 2017） were analyzed,and the medication errors,close to errors and patient injury were compared.Results The numbers of medication errors,close to errors and patient injury after improvement were （2.98%,4.98%,1.03%）,which were significantly lower than those before improvement （7.98%,9.77%,3.12%）,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The improvement of the operation team can improve the medication safety of the operating room.
