基于问题学习结合情景模拟教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用效果 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨基于问题教学结合情景模拟教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取我校2016年手术室护理实习生80名作为研究对象,根据带教方法不同分为观察组及对照组,每组各40名,对照组实施传统带教法,观察组实施基于问题学习结合情景模拟教学法,比较两组实习生的理论成绩、实际操作成绩、教学满意率及考核优秀率。结果观察组实习生的理论成绩、实际操作成绩分别为(94.14±5.21)分、(94.61±3.17)分,均高于对照组[(88.78±1.47)分、(88.51±2.32)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生的教学满意率及考核优秀率(100%、95%)高于对照组(80%、75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理带教使用基于问题学习结合情景模拟教学的方法,具有极佳的应用效果,利于见习护士提升自身护理能力,同时使得护理人员对自身职业的认同感得到提升,促进护理工作进行中的责任感增加,可显著提高实习生的理论考核及实际操作考核成绩,提高教学满意率及考核优秀率,临床应用效果显著。 Objective To investigate the application effect of problem-based learning combined with teaching of scenario simulation in teaching of operating room nursing.Methods 80 nursing students in operating room in our hospital in 2016 were selected as objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by teaching methods, 40 cases in each group.Control group was given traditional teaching, while observation group was given problem-based learning combined with teaching of scenario simulation.The theoretical score,actual operating score,teaching satisfaction, excellent rate of assessment were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical score,actual operating score in observation group were (94.14±5.21) points and (94.61±3.17) points,which were higher than those in control group [(88.78±1.47) points,(88.51±2.32) points],the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).The teaching satisfaction, excellent rate of assessment in observation group (100%,95%) were higher than those in control group (80%,75%),the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Problem-based learning combined with teaching of scenario simulation in teaching of operating room nursing has excellent application effects,it can enhance nursing ability of nursing students,increase professional self-identity,strengthen responsibility,improve theoretical score and actual operating score,increase teaching satisfaction and excellent rate of assessment,whlch has significant application effects.
