大学生创新思维与实践能力的培养是当前我国高等教育推进素质教育的核心课题。哈尔滨师范大学微生物实验室经过15年的探索与实践,已经形成一套较系统全面的培养模式,即以学生兴趣为基点,以导师指导下的组长负责制为保障,在参与科研活动中培养大学生创新思维和实践能力,并将德育教育与中华民族传统美德融入培养中,培养出全面发展的、复合型的、符合大学生培养要求的优秀人才。

The cultivation of innovative thinking and practical ability of college students is the core issue of promoting quality education in higher education. Harbin Normal University microbiology laboratory,after 15 years of exploration and practice,has formed a more comprehensive training system,namely the interests of the students as the basis,to tutor under the guidance of the team leader responsibility system for the protection,to cultivate the students＇ innovative thinking and practical ability in scientific research activities,and integrate the moral education and the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation to cultivate a comprehensive development,complex,in line with the requirements of college students training excellent talents.
