民办高校培养应用型翻译人才探究

近年来,民办高校发展迅速,已成为高等教育的重要组成部分,但随着本科教育迈入大众化时代,天之骄子的大学生面临严峻的就业压力。因此,民办高校必须立足生源实际,找准定位,寻求与公办本科院校和职业院校的差异化发展之路。郑州成功财经学院响应教育部和省教育厅的号召,明确学院＂十三五＂期间积极转型发展建设应用型本科高校;不断加强校地合作,致力于培养应用型高技能人才,为巩义地方经济、社会、文化发展提供智力支持和人才保障。同时,积极开展同传实验室的教学实训,探索课程设计和实训方法,培养应用型外语人才。

In recent years,private colleges and universities have developed prosperously,playing an important role in higher education. However,with the popularization of undergraduate education,graduates are facing severe challenges of employment. To combat this issue,private universities should follow the unique path different from public universities and vocational colleges by keeping their foothold in source of students and finding their correct position. In order to answer the call of Provincial Department of Education and Ministry of education. Zhengzhou Chenggong University of Finance and Economics has committed in the positive transformation and development in constructing practical undergraduate university under the guidance of‘Thirteenth Five Year Plan＇by strengthening university-enterprise cooperation,being devoted to cultivating graduates with practical and professional qualification,providing intellectual support and talents guarantee for the development of local economy,society and culture. Meanwhile,the university made a contribution to the teaching practice of simultaneous interpretation lab,curriculum design,training method and the exploration of training application-oriented foreign language talents.
