摘要
完整的教育离不开教育惩戒。以正确认识教育惩戒为前提,既要体现惩戒的一般特性,又要体现教育性。完善法律制度,明确合理程序细则,建立监管与救济系统,使教育惩戒的行使有章可循、有法可依,使教育惩戒合理及有效行使。
Complete education can not be separated from educational punishment. On the premise of correct understanding of educational punishment,complete education not only should reflect the general characteristics of the punishment,but also reflect the educative nature. Improving the legal system,clearing reasonable procedures and rules,and establishing supervision and relief system can make the education punishment abide by the rules and laws,more reasonable and effective.
