基于对《小学教师专业标准（试行）》的思考,仔细梳理其中关于小学教师师德的要求,并通过分析目前小学教师师德方面存在的缺乏敬业精神、固步自封、合作意识差、体罚小学生等问题提出加强监督、培养教师爱岗敬业精神,师生共建良好关系、平等对话以及培养合作精神、不断提升自我等三方面的解决对策,积极完成小学教师师德建设,促进教师专业发展。
