财经类院校大学生职业心理素质培养现状及对策研究

Cultivating College Students' Professional Psychological Quality Business Education Present Situation and Countermeasure

伴随社会经济的发展,财经类人才的职业基本素质逐渐被人们所重视,其中职业心理素质的重要性更为突出。职业心理素质是指个体顺利完成所从事的特定职业所必须具备的心理品质,即从业者认知、情感、意志、态度、个性特征等方面的素质。通过问卷调查和访谈,我们发现财经类院校大学生职业心理素质的培养存在着很多问题。因此,财经类院校必须以课堂为主渠道,充分利用现有资源,努力探索提高大学生职业心理素质的方法和途径,最终使自己培养的人才能够满足社会发展的需要,并具备较强的心理素质。

With the development of social economy, the basic quality of the professional talents of finance and economics has been paid more and more attention, and the importance of professional psychological quality is more prominent. Pro- fessional psychological quality refers to the psychological quality that individuals must possess to successfully complete a particular occupation. Through questionnaire survey and interview, we find that there are many problems in the cultiva- tion of professional psychological quality of college students in finance and economics. Therefore, financial institutions must be in the classroom as the main channel, make full use of existing resources, efforts to explore the method and way to improve the psychological quality of college students＇career, and finally to cultivate talents to meet the needs of social development, and has a strong psychological quality.
