How to Enhance the Leading Role of College Communist Youth Leagues on the Internet When Political and Ideological Education Integrates with Higher Education

提升高校共青团网络思想引领的针对性、实效性和有效覆盖面,是当前高校共青团开展思想引领亟待解决的问题,也是大思政格局下发挥共青团在高校思想政治工作生力军作用的重要体现。面对党对共青团工作的新部署新要求,网络技术革命带来的新课题和社会发展的新形势,高校共青团应在优化设计、丰富内容、拓展平台和提升能力四个维度上着力探索,通过构建话语体系,提升文化产品的吸引力和视觉冲击力、整合平台资源和提升工作队伍能力等方面来做好高校共青团网络思想引领工作。

One of the key trends for the Communist Youth Leagues at the college level is to ensure their leading role in terms of its direction, practicality, and effective coverage on the internet. This is also an opportunity for the youth leagues to play the active role in ideological and political education in the context that such education should constitute a signifi- cant part of the overall higher education sector. Taking in account the new requirements that the communist party has as- signed to the youth league as well as the changes and challenges brought about by the internet technology, it is suggested that the college communist youth leagues should emphasize on four aspects, namely improving its structure, enrich its content, broaden its platform and increase its capacity. In this way, the leagues should be able to establish new discourse systems for the ideological and political education, increase the attraction and influence, integrate the sources and im- prove the efficiency of the teams, which can further enhance the leading role of the Communist Youth Leagues in the cy- berspaee.
