高校思想政治理论教育肩负着培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的重大任务。时代性是思想政治理论教育的立足之本,思想政治理论教育必须紧扣时代发展脉搏。历史继承性是思想政治理论教育力量之所在。思想政治理论教育的历史继承性,必须防止两种倾向:一是把学史当成知识的堆积和罗列;二是灌输式教育,忽视思维路径的养成。时代性与历史继承性必须辩证统一。

Ideological and political theory education in Collegescand universities shoulders the important task of training qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Time is the foundation of Ideological and political theory education, and ideological and political theory education must be closely linked with the pulse of the times. The inheritance of history is the strength of the ideological and political theory education. The historical inherit- ance of Ideological and political theory education must be prevented from two tendencies ： one is to put learning history as the accumulation and enumeration of knowledge ; two, to instill education and ignore the formation of thinking path. The nature of the times and the inheritance of history must be dialectic - ally unified.
