试论如何培养旅游酒店管理专业学生的“工匠精神”

近些年来,伴随着我国经济的高速发展,旅游产业也呈现一片繁华景象。当今社会提倡大众旅游和精品旅游,相关的旅游酒店管理专业学生应该把握这个契机,努力提升自己的专业水平,更重要的是具备"工匠精神"。各个高职院校应当把培养酒店管理专业学生的"工匠精神"作为教育工作的重中之重,通过建立雄厚的师资力量、完善的课程体系和创新的人才培养模式,奠定学生职业生涯中重要的专业技能和精神素养。本文阐述了"工匠精神"的内涵,介绍了培养旅游酒店管理专业学生"工匠精神"的问题和现状,也指出了具体的培养途径。

In recent years, along with the rapid development of China＇s economy, the tourism industry has also shown a prosperous scene. Today＇s society promotes public tourism and boutique tourism, the students who major in tourist hotel management should grasp the opportunity to enhance their professional level, more importantly, they should have the ＂ spirit of the craftsman＂. Each vocational college should make cultivating the ＂spirit of the craftsman＂ of the students as the top priority of education work. Through the establishment of a solid faculty, perfect curriculum system and innovative personnel training model, we can cultivate students＇important professional skills and spiritual achievements. This paper expounds the connotation of the ＂spirit of the craftsman＂, introduces the problems and current situation of cultivating the ＂spirit of the craftsman＂ of the students who major in tourism hotel management, and points out the specific cultivation ways.
