基于语料库的《萨迦格言》英译本的译者风格对比研究

A Corpus-based Comparative Study on the Translators' Styles of English Versions of "Sakya Gnomic Verses"

采用语料库翻译学的研究方法,基于自建《萨迦格言》译文语料库,对《萨迦格言》两个英译本的标准化类符/形符比、平均词长、平均句长、词汇密度等语言数据进行统计分析和对比,探讨两个英译本的译者风格差异,并从译者对《萨迦格言》的认识、翻译目的、翻译方法等若干角度分析其成因。

This paper conducts a corpus - based study of the two English version of ＂Sakya Gnomic Verses＂, and inves- tigates standardized type/token ratio, mean word length, mean sentence length, lexical density in the two versions. By comparing the above statistics of language, this paper discusses the differences of the two translators＇styles, and also ana- lyzes the cause of the differences of the two translators＇styles.
