摘要
获得性异位骨化(aHO)是指正常骨骼系统之外出现的异常骨组织。aHO的创伤来源丰富且病因复杂,BMP信号通路、Hedgehog信号通路、Wnt/β-catenin信号通路和NF-κB信号传导通路在aHO的致病过程中发挥重要作用。
Acquired heterotopic ossification is the abnormal bone formation outside of the normal skeletal system. The origin trauma and disease of aHO is plentiful. In this paper, we reviewed on BMP, hedgehog, wnt/β-catenin and NF-κB signaling pathway, understanding of the pathogenesis of aHO.
