简述了钢渣应用现状及常用处理设备，针对钢渣性质，提出了应用惯性振动破碎机与惯性圆锥破碎机作为破碎设备进行匹配，结合筛分磁选作业，形成新型两段开路破碎钢渣处理工艺。该工艺流程产品粒度细、尾渣含铁量低、设备过铁能力强，很好地满足渣铁解离工艺要求。
