摘要 在磨矿分级工艺流程中,磨机与分级设备效能相互影响,因此在进行流程考察和参数调整时要作为一个整体来看待。本文首先对北方铜业铜尾铁选厂的磨矿分级流程进行了考察和分析,通过提高水力旋流器的分级效率,降低了返砂中细粒级的含量和返砂比,提高了磨矿效率,增大了磨矿的处理量。另外,以国外El Pilon矿山的磨矿分级回路为例来说明如何使用选矿模拟软件进行新流程的选择,从而减少设计误差,有针对性地进行流程优化,节省人力物力。 In the close circuit of grinding and classification process, grinding mill and classification, equipment affects each other' s efficiency. Therefore, when discussing the efficiency of grinding and classification, they need to be reviewed in a holistic way. In this paper, North Copper Co. , Ltd iron ore grinding and classification process were investigated. By way of improving the efficiency of hydrocyclone, the content of fineness particle size in the circuit load reduces and the grinding efficiency increases. Then, E1 Pilon mine in Mexico was taken for an example to show how to design and choose a new grinding and classification process with mineral processing simulation software, by which deviation can be reduced and efficiency of mineral processing flowsheet design carl be improved.
