摘要
针对攀西钒钛磁铁矿选别工艺中的磨前粗粒预选抛废、钒钛铁精矿提精及尾矿回收钛铁矿三个关键环节,针对性研制出CYB型磁异步干选机、NLCT(G)型永磁外磁(高梯度)磁选机和SXCT型高频谐波精选机等BGRIMM新型永磁磁选机。本文简述了这些设备的结构特征与分选原理,并重点介绍了针对钒钛磁铁矿完成的试验探索与应用实践,旨在为广大矿业工作者开发矿产、工艺流程设计、设备调试应用等方面提供有益参考。
Aiming at the pre-concentration before grinding, the v-ti magnetite concentrate and tailings reclamation of titanium from tailings in the process of Panxi vanadium-titanium magnetite, BGRIMM have developed the CYB type asynchronous-process magnetic separator, NLCT (G) type external-magnetic drum (high gradient) magnetic separator and SXCT high frequency harmonic magnetic separator and other new type permanent magnetic separator. In this paper, the structural characteristics and working principle, especially, the experimental test and application of vanadium-titanium magnetite of these magnetic separator are introduced, which can provide a useful reference of develop mineral, process design and equipment debugging for mining workers.
