摘要
高纯石英砂作为一种极具战略意义的非金属材料,广泛应用于多个领域。浮选法是高纯石英砂除杂的常用方法,但较粗的给矿粒度给浮选工艺造成了较大难度。本文基于实验室小试的探索并对石英砂矿石性质的分析,提出了一种石英砂除杂浮选机的设计思路,并且试制了一台试验样机,该机具有叶轮中置、槽体底部安装循环桶和假底的结构特点,以减少矿化气泡的上升距离并加强底部矿浆循环。动力学测试结果表明,这台工业样机空气分散度较高,底部循环能力强,可以满足石英砂除杂提纯的动力学环境要求。
As a kind of non-metallic material, high-purify quartz sand has been widely used in many fields. Flotation is a popular way to process quartz sand. But it is in difficult position for flotation to get high-purify quartz product due to large amount of coarse particles contained in the feed. In this paper, a design principle of special flotation cell for high-purify quartz sand has been put forward base on laboratory test and ore property analysis, and the pilot scale special flotation cell has been developed to meet the requirement of the quartz sand flotation process. The special flotation cell for high-purify quartz sand is featured by middle positioned impeller, false bottom and draft tube, which could decrease the rising distance of mineralized bubble and strengthen the circulation capacity of the lower part of the flotation cell. Hydrodynamic study indicates that high air dispersion degree and strong lower slurry circulation could be produced by pilot scale special flotation cell, which is helpful to create a suitable hydrodynamic environment for quartz sand processing.
