人力资本视域下的农村家庭贫困代际传递研究——基于武汉市J乡的调查

Study on Intergenerational Transmission of Poverty in Rural Family from Perspective of Human Capital——Based on Survey in J Township,Wuhan City

基于武汉市J乡564户农村贫困家庭的调查数据,从人力资本的视角系统检视了农村贫困家庭人力资本由父辈传递给子辈的具体而微过程。研究发现:人力资本是贫困代际传递的重要影响因素。回归分析结果显示:农村贫困家庭中,父辈的人力资本存量对子辈的人力资本存量存在显著正向影响。这表明,贫困家庭的子辈通过复制父辈的人力资本存量,进而复制父辈贫困,导致贫困代际传递。

Based on the survey data from 564rural poor families in J township of Wuhan city,this paper explores the influencing factors of intergenerational transmission of poverty from a human capital perspective.The result shows that human capital is an important factor in intergenerational transmission of poverty.The regression results show that,in rural poor family,parents’human capital has significantly positive effects on children’s knowledge,skills,health and ideas which indicates that children from poor families reproduce their parents’poverty by copying their parents’human capital,which causes intergenerational transmission of poverty.
