神华重载铁路集疏运系统协调研究

Coordination research on the collection and distribution system of Shenhua heavy haul railway

为指导重载铁路集疏运系统的建设和运营,优化铁路资源配置,提高整个集疏运系统的能力,在对重载铁路集疏运系统相关理论和发展经验进行总结分析的基础上,运用铁路运输组织、协同论等理论和方法,对重载铁路集疏运系统协调问题进行研究。以神华重载铁路集疏运系统为背景,对其协调性进行分析,析出限制系统能力发挥的主要因素,并提出相应的协调措施。

By analyzing the relevant theories and developing experiences of heavy railway collectiondistribution system,this paper studies the coordination problem of this system by using the method of railway transportation organization and synergy theory etc.Based on Shenhua heavy railway collectiondistribution system,this paper presents the coordination of the system,and finds out the main factors that restrict the system＇s capacity.Corresponding measures are put forward to guide the construction and operation of the system in order to optimize the allocation of railway resource and improve the ability of the entire collection-distribution system.
