P2G模式是将民间资本与具有政府信用背景的项目相结合的互联网金融平台,借助此平台既可以为投资者提供值得信赖的互联网金融产品,又可以为政府信用介入的项目提供资金支持,为科学引导民间资本进入实体经济提供了新的渠道。P2G模式作为互联网金融领域的新模式,对地方经济建设具有良好的支持作用。文章分析了P2G模式的背景、运行优势、运行障碍,并站在政府的角度分析了P2G模式发展的对策,以期为解决地方政府融资困境提供有效的解决途径。

P2G Model is an internet finance platform uniting the private capital and the project with public credit background, which provides a trust-worthy internet financial product for the investors and also provides fund for public credit projects. This is a new channel for the private capital entering in the real economy. P2G Model,as a new model in the internet finance domain is a good support for local economy. It is analyzed the background,advantages and obstacles for its application. The measures for its further development are analyzed from the perspective of government to provide an effective solution to financing difficulties in some local governments.
