摘要
文章结合近年来国内外发生的暴力恐怖袭击事件,分析此类案件所具有的共同特征,包括寻求宣传组织、扩大影响等政治目的;袭击地点和时间的选择有政治性意义;袭击目标多针对不特定平民;袭击手段多样化;通常有组织、有预谋、有配合;袭击者易受极端思想影响;能够带来广泛的国际影响等方面,为有效预防和打击恐怖主义犯罪提供更为科学全面的理论基础。
The cases of violent terrorist attacks in China and abroad in the latest years are analyzed to summarize the similar characters. The general purposes are mostly political such as attracting means of propaganda and expanding influence. All the cases are usually organized planned and cooperated. The attackers are usually influence with extreme ideas. These cases tend to have international influence. This study aims to provide a scientific and comprehensive theoretical foundation for the prevention and fight against terrorist attacks.
