高强泡沫混凝土性能的实验研究

摘要 泡沫混凝土作为轻质微孔材料的一种,在矿井巷道支护材料及建筑节能中具有广泛的应用前景。目前,泡沫混凝土多半采用快硬水泥生产,造成制品的耐久性差以及生产成本较高,这些问题都限制了泡沫混凝土的发展。通过研究可以发现:掺入水泥质量8%的硅灰可有效提高泡沫混凝土的早期强度,而掺入40%磨细粉煤灰可以使其具有较高的后期强度,及掺入硅灰、粉煤灰、聚丙烯纤维、EPS颗粒、减水剂、早强剂时高强泡沫混凝土性能与发泡剂之间的关系。 Foam concrete as a kind of lightweight microporous materials, in the mine roadway support materials and building energy conservation has wide application prospect. At present, most of the fast hard foam concrete cement production, cause products and production cost is high poor durability, these problems have limited the development of foam concrete. Through research can be found: the incorporation of the quality of cement 8% silica fume can effectively improve the early strength of the foam concrete, while the incorporation of 40% ground pulverized coal Ash can make it with highly, and the incorporation of silica fume and fly ash, polypropylene fiber, EPS particles, water reducer, early strength agent, relationship between properties of high strength foam concrete and blowing agent.
