深井软岩多结构多元化控制变量法支护技术应用

摘要 为解决超千米岩层低强度和高应力支护问题,通过地应力场实测获取基础数据,应用"快速高强、多结构、多元化支护、注浆加固及释压理论,使开挖支护后的巷道表面形成足够强的刚体,阻止巷道围岩松动破碎及变形引起的锚固力迅速衰减和丧失,通过巷道稳定性分析、信息化监控量测,实现巷道的支护控制,保证安全生产。 To solve the super km rock low strength and high stress support problems, the basic data obtained by in-situ stress field measurement, high strength, rapid application of "multi structure, supporting and grouting reinforcement and pressure release theory, after excavation roadway surface of rigid body is strong enough, to prevent breakage and deformation of roadway surrounding rock loose anchoring force caused by the rapid decay and loss, through the tunnel stabihty analysis and measurement information monitoring, to achieve support control of roadway and to ensure safe production.
