摘要
为了解决原有调绳工艺的复杂性,通过Pro/E对调绳装置进行参数化设计,利用VC来驱动Pro/Toolkit库函数实现模型尺寸的检索、修改和更新。对于复杂模型,通过添加关系约束函数以减弱参数化设计过程对模型的依赖性,增加了参数化设计的灵活性,并缩短了设计人员进行参数化设计的周期。
In order to solve the complexity of the previous rope-adjusting process,applying the parametric design method to the rope-adjusting equipment on the basis of Pro/E. By the usage of VC, drive the function libraries of Pro/Toolkit to achieve retrieve, modify and update the model. For complex models, through add relational constraint functions can weaken the dependence of the parametric design process model ,which can increase flexibility of parametric design and shortening the designers parametric design cycle.
