摘要
掘进机的截割部在复杂多变的煤岩地质条件下工作,其工作过程中截割头与坚硬的煤岩碰撞,受到冲击载荷,容易出现疲劳损伤导致截齿断裂,影响截割部的工作效能,通过有限元软件ANSYS对截割部的动态特性进行研究,揭示了截割部在工作过程中的振型结构特性,同时采取重点部位细化网格以及非重点部位粗化网格的混合计算方式,保证了可靠度分析结果的准确性。
Boom-type roadheader cutting work in coal collision in the process of working tooth head and hard rock under complex geological conditions, the coal cutter head, impact load, prone to fatigue damage to tooth fracture of the head, affecting the performance of cutting teeth, has studied the limit software ANSYS on the pick of the dynamic characteristics, reveals the characteristics of the pick mode in the work process, and take the focus of pick position grid refinement and mixed non key picks department wide grid computing mode, to ensure the accuracy of reliability analysis results.
