摘要
以水蒸气为活化介质开展了兰炭制备活性焦的研究。以废水COD吸附值作为评价指标,考察了活化温度、蒸汽流量、反应时间等条件对活性焦吸附性能的影响,分析了3种兰炭活性焦的孔隙结构。结果表明,不同性质兰炭的最佳活化条件有所差异,活性焦的孔容积越大,中孔越多,对废水的吸附效果越好。
Activated coke was prepared by semi-coke with steam as the activating medium. The effects of activation temperature, steam flow and reaction time on the adsorption performance of activated coke were investigated. The pore structure of three kinds of activated coke was analyzed. The results show that the best activation conditions of different properties of semi-coke are different. The larger the pore volume of activated coke, the more the mesoporous, the adsorption effect of waste water is better.
