摘要
活性污泥法是现阶段最常用的污泥处理方法。污泥膨胀是活性污泥法处理污水所面临的主要问题之一。细菌是活性污泥的重要组分,与污泥膨胀的发生有着密切的关系。本试验从运行稳定的污水处理厂获取种泥,然后放入自制的A-O工艺的反应器中,并连续向反应器中加入模拟生活污水,探讨污泥膨胀时期,不同条件改变对细菌数量的影响。DAPI染色和荧光显微镜观察的结果显示,在污泥膨胀过程中,水体中的细菌数量为1×(109~1010)个/mL。水力停留时间、回流比、添加PAC的量对细菌数量的改变有一定影响。
Activated sludge is the most commonly used sludge treatment method. Sludge expansion is one of the major problems facing sewage treatment by activated sludge. Bacteria are an important component of activated sludge and have a close relationship with the occurrence of sludge expansion. In this experiment, sludge was obtained from a stable sewage treatment plant and then placed in a self-made AO process reactor. Simulated sewage was continuously added to the reactor to investigate the effect of different conditions on the number of bacteria The DAPI staining and fluorescence microscopy showed that the number of bacteria in the water was 1×(109- 1010) cells/mL during the sludge expansion process. Hydraulic retention time, reflux ratio, the amount of PAC added to the number of bacteria have a certain impact.
