摘要
目前,煤炭仍然是我国最重要的一次能源,由煤炭燃烧所引起的环境污染问题却日益凸显。循环流化床锅炉是一种将固体燃料转变为类似流体状态下燃烧,再使用燃烧产生的热能产生蒸汽的设备,具有脱硫效率优、燃烧效率高、适应性广、易于控制污染、投资成本低等优点,已在我国工业企业中获得广泛应用。本文首先介绍了循环流化床锅炉的结构和工作原理,然后分析了其污染物排放形成机理,并提出了降低污染物排放的技术措施。
At present, coal is still the most important primary energy in our country. The environmental pollution caused by coal combustion has become increasingly prominent. Circulating fluidized bed boiler is a kind of solid fuel combustion transformation for the fluid like State, and then use the heat generated by the combustion of steam generating equipment, has excellent desulfurization efficiency, high combustion efficiency, wide adaptability, easy to control pollution and low cost, has been widely used in industrial enterprises in china. In this paper, the structure and working principle of circulating fluidized bed boiler are introduced firstly, then the formation mechanism of pollutant emission is analyzed, and the technical measures to reduce pollutant emission are put forward.
