表面肌电信号的下肢痉挛信号特征分析与识别 被引量:5

摘要 在脑卒中患者的康复治疗中偶发性下肢肌肉痉挛,会给患者在康复训练过程中带来危害隐患问题。因此,如何能在训练过程中识别痉挛并及时中断训练,文中通对下肢表面肌电信号的采集,采用基于形状的模版匹配法来识别痉挛信号,具体以皮尔逊相关系数来实现表面肌电信号的下肢痉挛信号的模版匹配分析测得下肢痉挛信号。测试结果表明,模版匹配法在个人痉挛信号识别中的准确性,显示了在泛用痉挛信号识别中的可行性。 It is of great practical significance to identify the spasticity and interrupt the training in the process of training for patients with spasticity of lower extremity muscle spasticity during the rehabilitation of stroke patients,which brings great harm to the rehabilitation training of patients. In this paper,we used the template-based matching method to identify the spasm signal,and the spikes signal of the lower extremity spasticity signal was detected by the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that the accuracy of template matching method in the identification of spasticity signal of the individual,showing the feasibility of the signal in the identification of universal spasms.
