摘要
为了验证新的图像处理算法在实际系统中的处理效果和能力,需要有一个通用的处理平台。利用FPGA设计了一种通用高频超声射频图像实时处理系统。系统同时集成了一片大规模FPGA,一片250 MHz/14 bit的ADC芯片,一片275 MHz/14 bit的DAC芯片,4片250 MHz,9 MB容量的SSRAM以及USB2.0接口和通用接口等模块电路。硬件电路完成后,被成功应用于常用的高频超声射频图像处理方法实验,在系统上运行了带通滤波、IQ分解、幅度检测、对数压缩、FFT变换、IFFT变换等。
In order to validate the effect and ability of new image processing algorithms in the actual system,a general processing platform is needed. A general-purpose,real-time image processing system based on FPGA is designed. The system integrates a large-scale FPGA,a 250 MHz/14 bit ADC chip,a 275 MHz/14 bit DAC chip,4 pieces of 250 MHz,9 MB SSRAM,USB2. 0 interface and the common interface module circuit,etc. After the hardware circuit of the system is finished,the system has been successfully applied in the high-frequency ultrasound RF processing methods,such as band-pass filter,IQ decomposition,amplitude detection,logarithmic compression,FFT transform,IFFT transform etc.
