宋元时期对癥瘕病证的认识

Disease Cognization of Zhengjia during Times of the Song Dynasty and the Yuan Dynasty

通过系统梳理宋元时期主要医家及其代表著作,研究这一时期对癥瘕病名、病因病机及治疗的认识和发展。宋元时期简化了癥瘕病证名称,并逐渐把癥瘕归类于积聚范畴;发展了癥瘕病因病机,对妇人癥瘕的发病机理有了明确的认识;在癥瘕的治疗上不断完善,并创制了一系列有效方剂。

This paper provides a systmatic reorganiztion on major doctors with their representative works during the times of the Song Dynasty and the Yuan Dynasty,studying recognition and development on medical terms,pathogentic factors and treatments of Zhengjia. During the the Song Dynasty and the Yuan Dynasty,Zhengjia had been simplified on its symptoms,patterns and terms to be gradually classified into the range of Jiju,developing its etiology and pathology with precise congnztion of the pathogenic mechanism. A serious of effective prescriptions were invented by the continous improvement of treatments of Zhengjia.
