Construction workers' unsafe behavior based on the catastrophe theory

为有效减少建筑工人的不安全行为,在分析不安全行为各影响因素的基础上,结合不安全行为形成机理图,从突变理论的全新视角构建建筑工人不安全行为尖点突变模型,验证了该模型诠释建筑工人不安全行为形成规律的合理性,并利用该模型对建筑工人不安全行为形成过程进行分析,解释建筑工人在个体心理和准环境因素交互作用下行为的渐变-突变过程。最后提出了建筑工人不安全行为的防御措施、靶向干预点和补救策略。

In hoping to reduce the disastrous accidents significantly,the paper has worked out a catastrophe model of the reckless behaviors of the construction workers from the point of view of the cusp catastrophe theory based on analyzing the various factors leading to such behaviors and combined with the outcome of such reckless behaviors. Reviewing the previous research results we have gained,the paper has tested and examined the rationality of the model to account for such reckless behaviors,trying to disclose the behind motivation that may account for such reckless behaviors via the Matlab. So far as we can see,the model is successful in reasonable accounting and exposure of the accumulation and acculturation of such reckless behaviors among the construction workers by choosing the key factors of the model and disclose the process of the gradual acculturation process under the interactive affliction of the two kinds of dependent variables： that is,the individual or personal psychological factors and environmental factors. And,in turn,the paper has made an analysis and brought about a project on helping the building workers to prevent from and get rid of such reckless behaviors in different areas. First of all,through analyzing the different aspects of such reckless behaviors of the building workers,we have managed to set up the mutation aspects of the workers. And,then,it is necessary to point out that the purpose of the paper is to help the construction workers and their companies to reduce and relieve such reckless behaviors. And,finally,some advice and suggestions are made to be adopted as the remedial strategies to deal with such behaviors.In conclusion,the paper has arrived at the following conclusive ideas： First of all,we have made the cusp catastrophe model much more advantageous than the traditional linear model in expounding the reckless behaviors of the construction workers.And,then,a favorable suggestion has been made in the paper to build up a better working environment and healthy working psychological status-in-situ in two effective ways for the building workers to get rid of the usual reckless behaviors. Besides,it is also necessary to provide psychological guide for the workers to control their own mindless behaviors. And,thirdly,needless to say,under the same external environment pressures,different construction workers in different psychological states may tend to commit entirely different unsafe behaviors,therefore,the construction enterprises or companies should manage to reduce the probability of serious safety accidents by controlling the psychological threshold of the reckless behaviors of their workers. All in all,the recovery of the construction workers＇ psychological behaviors may also have the effect of the working latency,which asks for the construction enterprises and companies to make more endeavors to promote the healthy physiological construction among their workers as the emergency repair measures.
