大型房建工程的索赔方法研究

工程索赔是工程施工过程中经常出现的正常的经济补偿行为 ,在实际工作中 ,由于对索赔的基本程序、时限规定、索赔证据和索赔技巧等掌握不够 ,甚至是小小的疏忽 ,可能使企业蒙受巨大的经济损失 .为此针对大型房建的特点 ,提出了对大型房建工程进行索赔的一套科学管理方法 ,并以实例说明了其具有较好的应用效果 .

Project claim is a normal behavior of economic compensation ,which occurs frequently in project execution .In real practice, the poor understanding of claim procedures ,time stipulation , claim evidence and claim skill , even only a little ignorance , can bring great loss to enterprises . According to the character of heavy buildings, the paper has proposed a set of scientific management methods about claim and show the effect in examples available.
