摘要
提高全日制工程硕士研究生的实践能力是专业学位研究生培养的重要内容,校企联合培养实践基地已成为专业学位研究生教育中实践教学环节的重要依托。如何保持已有实践教学基地的高效可持续发展,并对管理过程及基地育人效果进行评估,是当下必须深入总结和探索的问题。本文以华东理工大学全日制工程硕士专业学位实践教学为例,结合上海市高校学科布局与特点,总结了校企合作培养过程中的经验与不足,剖析了产生问题的原因,探索了解决全日制专业学位研究生实践教学问题的路径及对策。
To improve the practical ability of Master candidates is important for professional degree training.The practice base of university-enterprise joint training has already become an important aspect of practical teaching in professional degree education.To maintain the effective and sustainable development of the established practice teaching base,the evaluation of the management process and the effect of the base education is an issue that must be summarized and explored.This paper takes the practical teaching of engineering master degree in the East China University of Science and Technology(ECUST)as an example,combines it with the layout and characteristics of university disciplines in Shanghai,summarizes the experiences and shortcomings in the process of university-enterprise cooperation training,analyzes the causes of the problems,and explores the ways and countermeasures of solving the problems of practical teaching for postgraduates.
