摘要
薪酬对于吸引一流人才、组建优质师资队伍、激发教师工作积极性和主动性,进而提高高等教育质量具有显著的作用。在"双一流"建设背景下,高校薪酬体系建设面临更大挑战。鉴于此,我校以公平公正、按岗定薪、强化绩效、动态调控为核心思想,设计和构建了基于奖励性绩效模式的薪酬体系,并取得了一定的成效。
Compensation management is the key challenge that universities are facing in the quest for Double First-rate.It determines whether the universities can attract first-class talents,stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers,and thereby improve the quality of higher education.East China University of Science technology has developed and implemented the new incentive performance model based salary system with definite results.This paper discusses this topic and gives some proposals.
