高校研究生退学现象的原因探析及对策研究——以A大学为例

Reason Analysis and Countermeasure Study about the Postgraduate Students' Drop-out Phenomenon——Taking A University as an Example

近年来,研究生就读过程中屡屡发生的被动或主动退学现象引起了社会的广泛关注。本文通过对A大学近8年间研究生退学数据的统计分析,结合全校范围的研究生问卷调查结果,从入学动机、管理模式、学习环境、师生关系等方面探析背后的原因,以期为完善研究生教育政策和措施、提升研究生教育质量提供参考。

The phenomenon of postgraduate dropping out of courses is on occasion,which causes social attention and concern in recent years.Taking the data of A University for nearly 8 years of research combining with the scope of the whole school graduate student questionnaire,this paper analyzes the reason and countermeasure for the education goals,training modes,curriculum system,the relationship between teachers and students,etc.Seeking measures and programs is in order to minimize this complication,and improve the quality of graduate education.
