摘要
制定科学合理的评标办法是施工招标中的关键所在 .本文通过剖析国内外建设工程施工招标过程中评标办法的特点 ,探讨了在加入WTO后如何制定科学的。
It is of great significance to formulate scientific and reasonable criteria for evaluation on building project construction invitation for bid. In this paper , some suggestions are given to work out them through a detailed analysis of characteristics of the current criteria for evaluation at home and abroad after our country has joined WTO.
