摘要
[目的]明确40%戊唑醇悬浮剂对草莓炭疽病的防治效果,为生产及田间应用提供依据。[方法]采用含毒介质法和常规喷雾法,进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。[结果]浙江省4个地区的草莓炭疽病菌对戊唑醇的EC50值为0.379~0.545 mg/L,40%戊唑醇悬浮剂(60~90 g a.i./hm^2)对草莓炭疽病有较好的防效,第1次施药7 d后防效为84.8%~100%;第2次施药7 d后防效为74.7%~94%,用药12~18 d后植株恢复正常生长。[结论]40%戊唑醇悬浮剂对草莓炭疽病有较好的防效,建议推广使用。
[Aims] This study aims to confirm the efficacy of tebuconazole 40% SC against Fragaria ananassa colletotrichum at different dosages to provide scientific basis for the application of fungicide in production and field. [Methods] Toxic media method and generalspray method were adopted to evaluate the in door inhibition and the efficacy of field trial, respectively. [Results] Results showed that tebuconazole was highly effective in tested four fields to F. ananassa Colletotrichum in Zhejiang province and its range of ECso values was 0.379-0.545 mg/L. The results of field trials showed that the tebuconazole 40% SC indicated 84.8-100% control at 7 days and 74.7-94% control at . 14 days after treatment at dosage of 60-90 g a.i./ha, strawberry returned to normal growth after 12-18 days. [Conclusions] The tebuconazole 40% SC has good control efficacy against F. ananassa colletotrichum, which is recommended to be used on production.
