摘要
在混合表面活性剂CTMAB和Tween80存在下 ,研究了 3,5 二溴水杨基苯基荧光酮 (DBH PF)与锆 (IV)的显色反应光度特性 ,并讨论了胶束增敏机理 .在 0 .32mol/LHCl介质中 ,DBHPF与锆 (IV)及表面活性剂形成胶束络合物 ,最大吸收波长位于 5 32nm处 ,混合表面活性剂有一定的增敏作用 ,络合物表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.4 6× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1.锆 (IV)含量在 0~ 0 .32 μg/ml范围服从比尔定律 .拟定分析方法用于低合金钢中微量锆的测定 ,结果满意 .
In the presence of mixed surfactant CTMAB and Tween80, the photometric analysis properties of color reaction of 2,3,7 trihydroxy 9 (2 hydroxy 3, 5 dibromo) phenylfluorone (DBHPF) with zirconium(IV) were studied;and the mechanism of chromogenic enhancement in the mixed surfactant CTMAB and Tween80 was discussed. In 0.32mol/L hydrochloric acid medium, Zr(IV) reacted with DBHPF to form a complex with maximum absorption at 532 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.46×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . It indicated the effect of chromogenic enhancement for color reaction was greatly produced by mixed micelle. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0 0.32 g Zr(IV) per mL. The method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of zirconium in alloys steel samples.
