制备工艺参数对煤基炭泡沫性能的影响研究

Influence of preparation parameter on properties of coal-based carbon foam

摘要 本文以煤为原料,采用简单的工艺路线在常压下成功制备了炭泡沫材料,考察了机械压力、炭化升温速率、石墨化温度对煤基炭泡沫性能的影响情况。研究表明:1)炭泡沫材料的体积密度和压缩强度随着压力的增加不断提高,其中压缩强度最低为10.21MPa,最高可以达到16.47MPa,并且炭泡沫均表现出脆性断裂的特征;2)炭化升温速率的提高,体积密度逐渐减小,压缩强度也随之降低,同时炭化升温速率的变化并未改变材料脆性断裂的特征;3)石墨化温度的升高,材料的体积密度随之增大,但温度的升高造成高温热应力增大,导致压缩强度降低。 Using coal as precursor, the carbon foam was successfully prepared basing on a simple process at Atmospheric Pressure. Effects of mechanical pressure,heating rate of carbonization and graphitization temperature on the properties of coal-based carbon foam were studied. The results show that:l) the volume density and compressive strength are increased with the raising of mechanical pressure, the minimum value of compressive strength is 10.21MPa, and the maximum compressive strength reaches 16.47MPa. The fractures of coal-based carbon appear to have a brittleness character. 2) The volume density and compressive strength are decreased with the raising of heating rate of carbonization, and the fracture modes of coal-based carbon are still brittle fracture while the heating rate of carbonization changed. 3)The volume density is increased with the raising of graphitization temperature, but the compressive strength is decreased because of increasing of the thermal stress at high temperature.
