氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗难治性高血压的疗效评价

Efficacy of Amlodipine Combined With Benazepril in the Treatment of Refractory Hypertension

目的使用氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗难治性高血压,评价该方案的疗效。方法前瞻性研究2014年3月至2016年12月期间收治的难治性高血压患者84例。通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例。观察组给予氨氯地平片联合贝那普利治疗,对照组单纯给予氨氯地平片治疗,以4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。测量记录两组治疗前及治疗后第4周和第8周时的血压、心率变化情况,并记录治疗过程中有无不良反应,比较两组治疗前后的血压水平以及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前的血压水平相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的血压水平均较治疗前低,且观察组的血压水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗前、后心率变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的疗效总有效率为88.1%,明显高于对照组总有效率76.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗RH起效快,血压控制平稳、效果好,不良反应少,建议临床推广使用。

Objective Amlodipine combined with benazepril was used to treat refractory hypertension and the efficacy of the regimen was evaluated.Methods Eighty-four patients with refractory hypertension admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2016 were selected.According to the random number table method,84 patients were fall into control group and observation group,each group consists of 42 cases.The control group was given amlodipine treatment,and the observation group was given benazepril and amlodipine to treat refractory hypertension for 8 weeks.The blood pressure and heart rate were measured before and 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,and the adverse reactions were recorded during the treatment.The changes in blood pressure and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the blood pressure levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the blood pressure level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was as high as 88.1%,which was higher than the control group（76.2%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.No serious adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion Benazepril combined with amlodipine is very effective in the treatment of refractory hypertension,which can effectively reduce blood pressure,yet with security,thus it is worth clinical application.
