摘要 作为应力分布不均匀的脆性材料,钢化玻璃的磨边加工非常困难。本文采用单因素试验分析了工艺因素对粗糙度和材料去除率的影响规律,通过正交试验研究了各因素对粗糙度和材料去除率的影响水平,确定了合理磨削工艺参数,并分析了磨削压力和砂带线速度对砂带磨损的影响。 Tempered glass is very difficult to grind edges due to its brittleness and uneven stress distribution. First, the influence rules of the process factors on roughness and material removal rate were analyzed by single factor experiments. Then,the influencing levels of the factors on roughness and material removal rate were investigated by orthogonal experiments and the optimal combination of the process parameters was determined. Finally, the influences of the grinding pressure and belt speed on the wear of the abrasive belt were analyzed.
