新型多后刀面单刃单槽PCB微钻的设计 被引量:1

摘要 阐述了一种新型微钻结构,具有单一切削刃、单一排屑槽、单一横刃和多个后刀面。对钻头特点进行分析,阐述了其加工思路和加工方法。该新型微钻整体刚性好,不易折断,可提高孔位精度和改善孔壁粗糙度,进而提高PCB的加工良品率。 A new micro-drill structure is proposed,which has a single cutting edge,a single chip flute,a single chisel edge and multi-flank surfaces. Its characteristics were analyzed, and its processing ideas and processing methods were expounded. The overall is high rigidity,and isnot easy to break,which can improve the drilling-hole accuracy andthe drillinghole wall roughness,thereby improving the processing yield of PCB.
