摘要
介绍了圆柱母线在给定方向上平行度的直接检测方法。在运动机构的控制下滑块在圆柱之间滑动,固定在滑块上的两个位移传感器测量出母线距离,根据测量数据计算出平行度。分析了滑块滑动过程中对测量结果的影响因素,进行了测量试验。根据试验结果对滑块结构进行了优化设计,并拓展为专用平行度测量装置。
Parallelism measuring of cylinders in a particular direction is introduced. The sliding part with two dis- placement sensors imbedded moves along the cylinders by the control of the driving system, the distance between cylinders is measured and used to calculate the parallelism. Different factors which have effects on parallelism measuring are ana- lyzed and tested by experiments. According to the experiment results, the structure of sliding part is optimized.
