摘要
研究温度对单组分聚氨酯类胶粘剂接头强度的影响规律。利用准静态拉伸试验分别测试了7个温度测点下胶粘剂的剪切破坏应力,得到了胶粘剂剪切强度随温度升高而逐渐降低的变化规律,并且利用最小二乘法对该变化规律进行了曲线拟合,选定了二次多项式函数表达式作为理想表达式;然后通过35种不同温度测点组合下拟合曲线的拟合精度对比,得到了影响胶粘剂剪切强度随温度变化规律的3个最主要的温度测点;最后提出了修正系数的概念,使得胶粘剂温度-强度拟合曲线可应用于指导轨道车辆粘接结构的工程设计。
The effect of temperature on the joint strength of the one component polyurethane adhesive was studied.The quasi-static tensile tests were conducted to obtain the variation law of adhesive shear failure stresses at seven temperatures.It can be found that the adhesive shear strength gradually decreased as increasing the temperature and the quadratic polynomial expression obtained by the least square fitting method could represent the variation law very well.Then three main temperature testing points were obtained from the comparison of the fitting curves for different combinations of testing temperature.Finally,a simple method for determining the correction coefficient was proposed,and it can make the fitting curve of adhesive shear strength vs.temperature help the engineering designment of bonding structure in railway vehicles.
